"If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Stay clear from this office!!!! I was a brand new customer with State Farm and in August 2023 my neighbor's rotten tree fell in my yard ripping the electrical meter off of my home, and did a lot of other damage. State Farm adjuster came out and took a look at the damage, he noted the tree was infested with ants and noted that I in fact have NO TREES on my property whatsoever! Yes, State Farm paid my claim (which by the way, I did most of the work myself FREE), and yes, I gave them my neighbor's information and they said at the time they were going to subrogate. However, I get a notified after they pay my claim by Paul's office asking me if I received a letter; I said "no" she then says well we are not renewing you because of the claim damage and the short time I was with them! Then had the nerve to report it to Lexis Nexis that labeled it as a WIND and HAIL damaged against me. How is this right and moreover, possible, when their own adjuster saw I had NO TREES on my property, and indicated to me the tree was infested with ants and clearly rotten and now this office, will not remove the information off of my record!!! There response to Lexis Nexis is a joke, they are ignoring what really happened and act like I'm looking to stay with them! They total are dismissive of the real issue here! - - This State Farm Office will ruin your credit reporting!!!!!! They clearly are the "BAD NEIGHBOR""

Anybody looking for a professional, extremely knowledgeable insurance agency that will provide both exceptional rates and top-notch customer service and support.....this is the team you want!!"

"I have had issues with nearly every claim. I don't know what the point of the local agent is, they have very limited hours and have no information. If you want to talk to them about your claim, they just forward you to the main claims line. What's the point?"
